These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of Goods and Services by the Supplier to the Customer and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Customer.
Any variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Supplier.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall prejudice any condition or warranty, express or implied, or any legal remedy to which the Supplier may be entitled in relation to the Goods and Services, by virtue of any statute, law or regulation
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Customer's statutory rights as a Consumer.
Placing an order The Proposal attached to these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid for a period of 30 days.
The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Proposal by placing an order with the Supplier.
All Orders for Goods and Services shall be deemed to be acceptance of the Proposal pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery Status
Please note wherever possible orders will be despatched within 48 hours excluding weekends. The option for the delivery date is there and will be confirmed when order is placed as not all items are in stock 100% of the time but all orders will be despatched within 7 days.
Delivery
Delivery - most UK deliveries will be made using Parcel Force and will need a signature. The despatch date of order will be notified via e-mail by Jansons Direct Linens and also by Parcel Force where a tracking reference will be given to be used on www.parcelforce.com. All orders will need a signature or can be requested to be left safe - please use notes section in checkout. The parcel will be attempted the day after, if unsuccessful will automatically be attempted next day or can be arranged for a more convenient date. Items will be attempted until successful or where possible can be left at your local post office on request. Small items will be sent via Royal Mail and may not need a signature. Please make a note if you have a specific requirement in the checkout process. The date of delivery specified by the Supplier is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and the Supplier shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods
Stocking Policy
Stock permitting orders will be despatched within 5 working days, if a stock problem occurs you will be contacted for delivery dates to be agreed. Please note despatch times on each item for more detailed delivery lead times. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. If goods are considered unlikely to be delivered within 30 days from the date of your order we will notify you and you may either cancel your order or agree to an alternative latest date for delivery.
Back Orders
If one or more of your items are not in stock at the time of order, we can despatch the available items and or hold the full order until fully available. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Payments
Payments can be made by via Protx using credit/debit card or the paypal facility both of which are secure payment methods. Alternatively cheques or postal orders can be sent made payable to Jansons Direct Linens Ltd. Payments and orders can be accepted by calling 0845 6039228. All prices are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 17.5% and are in pound sterling (£).
Returns
Returns can be accepted within 14 days of receipt unused and in full packaging, where the item is faulty the postage costs will be refunded else postage costs will be have to be paid by yourself. All returns should be made to Jansons Direct Linens Ltd, 3 Moorside Close, Drighlington, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD11 1HQ. Please contact via e-mail or telephone to notify of returns and the reasons.

Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order at any time up until the point of dispatch. If you choose to cancel your order prior to dispatch then any payments that were made by you will be refunded to the credit or debit card from which they were taken. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the Goods to us and the postage costs will need to be paid by yourself.
Prices
All prices are correct at the time of purchase on the internet, prices are subject to change but will not affect any outstanding orders.
Supplier Obligations
The Supplier warrants that the Goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by the Supplier.
The Supplier shall perform the Services with reasonable skill and care and to a reasonable standard in accordance with recognised standards and codes of practice.
In addition to the Customer's statutory rights, the Supplier guarantees all Goods against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of 28 days from the date of delivery.
